This will open up the Import MIDI data dialog box. Browse to your MIDI file’s folder and select the MIDI file, then click Open. 1.Click File / Import / MIDI File in the global FL Studio menu. It will only revert to the original tempo if you then go back to block 000 (so start YOUR song from 001). Then you can work on each channel individually and in an organized manner. I got around it by copying and pasting the whole pattern to a new block/pattern (or whatever the hell they call them in FL). I'm almost tempted to get my Atari 1040STE Fired up work on it on there. I did play around with Temp settings and was only able to temporarily change the tempo which only lasted a few bars before going back to original Tempo. I tried right clicking on the TEMPO area and checking the set temp but no luck. I can import them into FL Studio just fine, I can play around with them in "PAT" Pattern Mode changing Tempo etc.īut when I switch back to "SONG" Mode the Tempo Defaults to whatever the Midi File was originally set to. ![]() Analog-X wrote:A friend of mine gave me some Drum Patterns done in MIDI Format.
